Half wine is fermented in 225 lt barriques, half wine in 20 hl barrels, where it is also left to mature on lees for 6-8 months.<\/p>\n<p>Late picked (end of October) for maximum body and extract. Goat and sheep cheeses or seasoned and flavoured or smoked cheeses; fish-based first courses with sauces or venetian codfish; IDEAL for special occasions. Alcohol: 13,5% circa.
